How to use the Planner

1. Write down the Task(s) you want to accomplish each day, and through the week.
2. Prioritize important tasks first, and less important tasks to later.
3. The Target box allows you to write in the number of minutes or hours you think the task requires for you to complete.
4. Work for 25 minutes and take a 5 minute break. Fill in a circle. Continue this 25 minute work/5 minute break until your task is completed.
5. The Actual box allows you to write the total number of minutes or hours it took you to complete the task.
6. Move onto your next task.
