Activity 2: Mental Health course series for PhD candidates and Postdoctoral Fellows.
Although a Mental Health course is not going to solve your practical worries, we hope that you will find inspiration from the course series during the pandemic.
We would want to follow up the Mental Health seminar with Peder Kjøs from 23. March with a series of short topics in the same “area” conducted by NMBU’s Occupational Health Services, Avonova. Presentations from each course will be posted on this web page when each course has been conducted. 3 consecutive Wednesdays will be about the following topics, each for the duration of 30 minutes:
- 21 April at 14:00 - Avonova Daily routines and structure 21.04.2021-1.pdf Download Avonova Daily routines and structure 21.04.2021-1.pdf
- 28 April at 14:00 - Avonova Staying motivated 28.04.2021.pdf Download Avonova Staying motivated 28.04.2021.pdf
